We’ve told you once, we’ve told you many times: Columbia SC is an extremely photogenic city. From swoon-worthy skylines to State and National Parks, this Capital City has everything you need to capture that perfect shot. It's no surprise that one roundup of Instagram-worthy sites around town wasn’t enough, so are you ready for Round Two? Here’s another list of ‘gram-able stops in the Real Southern Hot Spot—all the likes, guaranteed.

Sesquicentennial State Park

Lovingly referred to as "Sesqui" by locals, this State Park is 1,149 acres of beautiful. From a giant lake surrounded by easily accessible walking + hiking trails, to playgrounds, a splash pad, a dog park and numerous sites to lay down a picnic blanket, there's no shortage of places to take your "candids" (it's okay - we won't tell 😉).

Robert Mills Historic District

Grab your camera and walking shoes and pencil in a self-guided tour of the Robert Mills Historic District while visiting Columbia SC. Consisting of 113 stunning historic structures, this 46 stop tour is a can't-miss for history buffs + Instagrammers alike. Be sure to stop and admire the soon-to-be-reopened Hampton-Preston Mansion & Gardens

Nickelodeon Theatre

Perhaps the most photographed image in all of Columbia, the Nickelodeon Theatre marquee speaks for itself. Situated in the recently revitalized Main Street District, this art house theatre is the perfect backdrop for your group shot, selfie or for when you just really want to show off your outfit. After you capture your new profile picture, we recommend catching a flick followed by nightcaps + nibbles at Lula Drake. Save us some duck fat hushpuppies.

University of South Carolina Horseshoe

Home of the original University of South Carolina campus, the Horseshoe is the ultimate spot to relax with your favorite book, throw a frisbee or spread out a blanket for a dreamy picnic. While it's beautiful year-round, it's especially draw-dropping during the Spring (hello, flowers. We missed you) and the Fall, when the leaves change colors before winter.

Adluh Flour Mill

While famous for its "table-tested" flour, cornmeal and grits, the Adluh Flour Mill has become somewhat of an iconic view in Columbia SC thanks to the can't-miss lettering and vintage-esque aesthetics of the building. Situated directly behind the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, Adluh is a hotspot for graduation pictures and the like. You'll know it when you see it - it's a can't-miss.

Baseball

We're big baseball fans in Columbia SC. Home runs, Kelly green fields and frequent cotton candy sunsets make any of Columbia's three baseball stadiums the perfect location for your next Insta post. Catch the University of South Carolina Gamecocks in the spring, the Columbia Fireflies from April to September and the Lexington County Blowfish all summer long. Beer boomerang, anyone?

Lincoln Street Tunnel

On the outskirts of the Vista District lies the Lincoln Street Tunnel, which was seriously beautified then reopened to the public in 2017. Hop on your bike and cruise under the string lights, strike a pose in front of a mural or grab the hand of the one you love for a quick stroll under the bridge. Trust us, it's so. dang. charming.

Five Points Fountain

The Five Points Fountain is the heart of this funky Columbia SC district and serves as a seat or a snapshot for visitors + locals alike. While it's sure to stop you in your tracks when died green for the noteworthy St. Pat's Festival and bright purple during the annual Jerry Fest, the Five Points Fountain will definitely get you #allthelikes on any given day.
