Calling all wine lovers! Clear your schedule, because May 25th is National Wine Day. Not that we needed an excuse to drink wine, but we’re here for the celebration nonetheless, and we’ve rounded up some ways to pay tribute to your trusty, drink of choice.

There is no shortage of great wine spots in the heart of SC, making it a wine lover's paradise. If you find yourself in The Vista, pop into Gervais & Vine and grab a bottle (or two… or three) paired with a charcuterie board for a perfect evening.

On Main Street, you’ll find Lula Drake, a cozy hole-in-the-wall where the wine descriptions make reading the menu and making a decision an experience in itself.

If you want to walk it like you talk it on National Wine Day, give Palmetto Wine Seller on Devine Street a try. Not only will they pair you with your perfect match from their globally sourced selection, but you may learn a thing or two in the process. Take notes, and you’ll be sure to become the sommelier of your friend group.

Good wine deserves to be poured into a beautiful wine glass, and if you’ve been waiting for a sign to treat yourself to some new glasses, this is it. Head over to The Gourmet Shop and find the perfect new additions to your bar cart.

We can all agree that wine deserves more than one day to shine in all its glory. Keep the celebration going by planning outings that will give you a reason to raise a glass. For a colorful experience, gather at Studio Cellar in The Vista for a Paint & Sip class, and for the die-hard Rosé fans, you’d be remised in not attending the Drink Pink Rosé Festival. On July 25th, attendees can take bliss in the exquisite food and wine while they lose themselves in a sea of pink.
