Last year, Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization celebrated its 75th anniversary and 88 contestants took the stage before Miss Capital City, Bree Boyce, and Caitlen Patton, Columbia Teen walked away with the titles. Miss South Carolina, Bree Boyce, made headlines across the nation with her incredible weight loss story which led her to compete in the pageant to help spread her platform to fight obesity. You probably saw her story on The Huffington Post and dozens of other media outlets like The Today Show, Good Morning America and Inside Edition. The spotlight hasn't yet faded either. We heard that Bree will be the next fitness trainer on Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition.
This year, watch from start to crowning live at the Township Auditorium as over 100 compete and Bree Boyce hands off her crown to the 2012 Miss South Carolina. Tickets are now available to purchase. Season tickets are $150 each and include one (1) ticket for each preliminary night of competition (Tuesday, July 10-Thursday, July 12) and the competition finals (Saturday, July 14).
