Another alternative to your usual Saturday morning cartoons. Bring the kids to a different performance of the classic Disney tale, Beauty and the Beast. $5.

Super Saturday Fun at Main Street Ice
After you stop at Soda City Market, Main Street's weekly farmer's market, make your way to Main Street ice as its celebrates its run in Columbia for its closing weekend. There will be face painting, giveaways from Richland County Public Library, "frost fun" with EdVenture Children's Museum and more. Adults, $10; Children under 12, $8 - skate rental and ice rink admission included.

World Beer Festival at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center 
For its fifth straight year, All About Beer magazine's annual festival returns to Columbia, SC! 150+ beers and breweries from all over fill the Convention Center for a 'hoppin' good time. Read the Convention Center blog for more details. Purchase tickets online - $40, general admission; $85 VIP.

World Beer Festival "After Party" at World of Beer
Just a few steps from the Convention Center is All About Beer magazine's official after party, following the World Beer Festival. Admission is free, 21+ only. 

Eddie's Big Pajama Party at EdVenture Children's Museum
Dressed in your favorite "jammies," join the world's largest child, Eddie, for storytime, crafts, snacks and a scavenger hunt! $5, members; $7, non-members. 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Rocketman: A Tribute to Sir Elton John
at the Koger Center for the Arts
Columbia-based rock quarted, Tokyo Joe, give an Elton John tribute like no other. Replicating the costumes, lighting, choreography and songs, this show will leave every Elton John fan feeling like they attended the real thing. $21-26.

Dollar Sunday Historic House Museums by the Historic Columbia Foundation
Residents of Richland and Lexington counties can tour the Hampton-Preston Mansion, Robert Mills House and Gardens or the Mann-Simon site for only a dollar! Non-residents can still tour the homes for general admission, $6.
