Bone-In Barbeque

Bone-In Barbeque is the first restaurant to open in Columbia, South Carolina’s BullStreet District. Midlands native and acclaimed Chef Scott Hall grew his popular food truck — Bone-In Artisan BBQ on Wheels — into a 3,600-square foot brick-and-mortar restaurant, serving barbeque and Southern eclectic cuisine alongside a full bar serving up local beer, wine, frosé and Prohibition-era cocktails.

Bone-In Barbeque serves fresh, Southern eclectic cuisine with 14-hour smoked meats, house-made charcuterie, scratch-made sides, inventive starters, house-baked breads, craft cocktails, local beers, great wines, frosé and more, with signature dishes like brisket-stuffed mac and cheese. 

Dinner Tues. - Sat., 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (happy hour 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.). Lunch Tues. - Fri., 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Open on a case-by-case basis for additional Fireflies baseball game days and major dining holidays
