Since 1970, the Lexington County Museum has opened doors to the region’s storied past. Wander through an expansive collection of structures that transports you from the colonial era to the Civil War. In the heart of Lexington, South Carolina, the seven-acre museum complex features 36 historic buildings.

All professional photographers MUST make an appointment to use the grounds of the Lexington County Museum. Absolutely no food, glitter, or confetti can be used on the museum’s grounds.
