Washington Street Ballroom
The bank's original stocks & bonds room come together and make an ideal space to hold a meeting or event. Floor to ceiling windows, exposed air ducts and moving air walls allow guests to enjoy a modern and unique environment. The Washington Street Ballroom can accommodate groups as small as 5 and as large as 300.
Twin Vaults
In the 1920's the twin vaults stood behind the teller counter in the middle of what is today the National Republic Ballroom. Historical markers on the ground signify the moving of the vaults to the back of the building in 1950. Today, the two vault entrances create a perfect in and out flow for events.

The Library
This room served as the board room while the bank was in operation. The aesthetically amazing library features crown molding, marble walls & floors, an oversized gas fireplace and vintage Wainscot wall paneling. An ideal setting for small meetings, clients love to utilize this space in a variety of creative ways for their social functions.
National Republic Ballroom
Feel as though you are entering another era as you walk into this street level ballroom. The 22' recessed textured ceilings that have been immaculately preserved, provide an elegant setting for larger events. This space can accommodate up to 300 guests in a reception setting.

1208 Washington Place
1208 Washington Place features original 1924 bank vaults, crown molding, recessed textured ceilings, vintage floors, and Doric order columns. Modern updates include vintage-style chandeliers, LED lighting, exposed ducting, new carpet and central air & heat. The building has been on the National Historic Register of South Carolina since 1980.
