Hey there! I'm Angela, owner of Fit Columbia, where we offer mindful movement and childlike play to bring out your inner kid. Beyond my studio, Columbia is a great place to play and explore. From the mom and pop restaurants to parks, you're going to feel the energy of this city.

Step OUT: Preparation is key, so before you head out on any adventure stop by Todd & Moore for all your gear. From a fresh pair of sneakers to a new pickleball racket, their friendly staff are here to help you get ready.

Dig IN: Supporting small family-owned businesses in Columbia SC adds so much more to the dining experience. At Lotus Thai, the owners are there working in the restaurant day in and day out. Take time to get to know their food, their story, and their culture.

Insider Tip: If you're not sure what to order, Angela has a few favorites that you've got to try including the Shrimp Green Curry, Masamon Curry and Pad Thai.

PLAY BALL: Columbia SC is a definitely a sports city, but it's not all football and basketball around here. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports across the U.S., and Columbia SC is no exception. South East Park has free and well-kept outdoor courts.

Insider Tip: If you're new to the sport, don't be intimidated. It's a great game that brings together all skill levels, ages and athletic abilities for a fun time.

Shake IT: After a fun-filled day around Columbia, pull up a stool at the Coa Agavaria y Cocina bar. Their bartenders shake up creative cocktails with fresh ingredients that will have you ordering a second round in no time.

Insider Tip: Coa boasts one of the largest tequila and mezcal collections in the Southeast. Don't be afraid to try a new brand while you're at the bar.

Let's MOVE: At Fit Columbia, moving your body is both fun and functional. From personal training to aerial hip hop yoga and the always popular baby goat yoga, these are workout classes you'll be excited to attend.
