Whether you are coming into town for a conference on a late-night flight or simply looking for a bite after the concert or game, skip the drive thru and choose one of Columbia, SC’s favorite “open late” spots instead to curb those late-night cravings.

Bar None in Five Points: every other Tuesday for their famous smoked wing night. Not in town on a Tuesday? No problem – the breaded 'shrooms and jalapeno poppers are crowd favorites that satisfy those late-night fried food cravings. The kitchen is open until 2am.

Nightcaps on Devine Street: Menu staples include egg rolls, steak and bacon barbecue pinwheels and some of the most beloved mozzarella sticks in town, among a bevy of other options. While you wait for your food to arrive, the locals will tell you that sipping on one of their White Russians for the titular nighcap is the way to go.

The War Mouth: Situated in the North Main (NOMA) District, The War Mouth has a late-night menu beginning at 9:30 pm offering snack items like a hot dog or a turkey leg to keep you fueled for a few hours while you sit and sip on a craft beer or cocktail creation.

Beezer's Gourmet Sandwich Shop: Might we recommend their signature sandwich, the Godfather? Piled high with ham, capicola, salami and provolone cheese, it’s no wonder it’s earned a name that invokes such respect. Or, the Chicken Bacon Club is served hot and made all the better with a side of ranch.

Eddie’s Calzones: Anywhere that delivers a Mac & Cheese, Baked Potato, Chicken Teriyaki or something called the “Meatnormous” calzone to you at just about any hour of the night is okay in our book. Enter Eddie’s Calzones, fulfilling all our wildest delivery dreams. And don’t worry, they have veggie options too. Food delivery is available until 4am.

Insomnia Cookies: If it’s something sweet you’re craving, then there’s nothing that beats a nice, warm box loaded with assorted Insomnia Cookies that are just a simple online order away. Open until 3am.

Falafel King: Whether you’re leaving a show at New Brookland Tavern or reminiscing on the good ole college days in Five Points, when that hunger craving hits, street food is always there for you. Grab a plate of samosas or a classic falafel wrap with tzatziki up until 2am.

Boku: Thursday – Sunday when the post-game craving hits, sit down for something special to finish off the night. Order off the late-night menu with everything from Crab Rangoons to spicy noodle dishes. Walking distance from art galleries, the Koger Center, and Colonial Life Arena, pull up a stool at the bar and eat your heart out.

Jack Brown’s: This burger joint stays open until 2am on the weekends so you can grab your brew and burger fix no matter what the evening entails. Grab a daily special, or a classic wagyu patty. Just make sure you save room for those fried oreos when you’re done.
