All the pizza dough at Clara & Ray's Ristorante Italiano is made right here "in house" every day. We only use unbleached and unbromated flour. It is better tasting and it's better for you.
We only use Roma tomatoes for our pizza sauce. We season it lightly by hand and make it in small batches right here in the store every day.
We only use Polly-O cheese on our pizzas. We think it truly is the best mozzarella cheese you can buy.
