If your idea of the perfect Thanksgiving does not include prepping a huge feast and washing loads of dirty dishes, Columbia SC has more than a handful of dining options to be thankful for. Reservations are limited, so book yours before they’re full.
Hampton Street Vineyard: Entrees like Coq au Vin and Duck L’Orange give a subtle, sophisticated nod to traditional Thanksgiving fare along with a perfect wine selection.
Columbo’s at Doubletree: Offers Thanksgiving favorites your family craves, like turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and dessert options along with special pricing for kids.
Hall’s: Known for steaks, spectacular service and that special occasion vibe. A few lunch reservations remain available - for now.
The Grand on Main: If you opt to trade turkey and a nap for ribs, chops+ seafood along with a competitive family game of bowling, we’re not mad about it.
Main Course: A full-fledged Thanksgiving buffet featuring carved turkey, ham and all the fixings is available from 11:30am-6:00pm with game bays available.
Cola’s: Entrees such as Spice-Rubbed Chicken and Crispy Whole Flounder are the stars here along with fun and festive atmosphere.
Lizard’s Thicket: Serving their everyday meat and three favorites with a signature smile, everyone at the table can get exactly what they want.

DuPre Catering & Events: If you’re feeding a crowd in Columbia but don’t want to cook, order Herb Butter Roasted Turkey with sides like baked macaroni and cheese and squash casserole (and scrumptious desserts) by November 19 for Thanksgiving ease.
Spotted Salamander: Delightful Southern bites pour out of this kitchen during the work-week lunch hours. Bring some of that goodness home for the holidays with their Thanksgiving catering menu complete with everything from cornbread stuffing to pumpkin pie.
Insider tip: Make it a full-fledged escape by booking your lunch or dinner reservation, walking off dessert through town + strolling State House grounds to snap some pics by the State Christmas Tree before heading back to a pristine hotel room for a cozy evening in.
